DESCRIPTION:Survive First Aid is really pleased to partner up with Dave Enright from Evergreen Outdoor Centre Hakuba to provide Avalanche AST1 & CRS Courses at Mt Hotham this winter. \nThe 3 day course will combine the Companion Rescue Skills (CRS) course and the Avalanche Skills Training 1 (AST 1) courses together\, with 1 full day of classroom time and 2 days in the field. This is the perfect introductory course for those recreation adventurers that want to head backcountry within Australia or overseas and also for APSI instructors looking to acquire their ISIA stamp\, increasing employment opportunity internationally. \nCourse Costs: $650 (Includes rental of Shovel\, Probe and Beacon) \nCourse Dates: \nAugust 22-24th \nAugust 25th-27th \nCourse Location: Day 1 (Classroom based) will be spent at Mt Hotham Alpine Resort\, exact location will be confirmed closer to the time.
