Race at the Ressie

Outdoors South Australia is proud to present a full day outdoor racing event in the heart of SA’s beautiful Warren and South Para Reservoirs. A youth-based adventure race this day will be full of fun, adventure and great prizes. All equipment provided.

Leg 1 – Mountain Biking

8.5-kilometre mountain bike ride from South Para Reservoir Reserve into Warren Conservation Park via Forestry SA land bordering the South Para River. The ride will be on 4WD tracks and graded roads, following various checkpoints along the way.

Leg 2 – Trail Run/Walk

5.5-kilometre walk/run through Warren Conservation Park and Warren Reservoir Reserve. This will involve elements of singe-tracking hiking trails and graded 4WD tracks.

Leg 3 – Kayaking

3.5km kayak from Carpark 1 to Carpark 2 in Warren Reservoir, following a checkpoint-based route through the reserve.

This event is designed for ages 13-18. Participants must book in groups of 2-3.
