Posted on February 21, 2019

Click here to read about the on-going project examining outdoor education related deaths in Australia since the 60’s. Eleven incidents, which had not previously been included in the series, are reviewed in this paper. From an incident of suicide reportedly following bullying on a school camp, to a death by hyperthermia,  examples of a trend are discussed in the news media to focus on the impact of tragedy on families and survivors.
